Crispy cereal - grind to a fine powder Vanilla drink 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1/2 cup fine grated jicama - squeeze out excess liquid 2 egg whites or 2 ounces of egg whites 2-4 tsp of grape seed oil
Da Vinci syrups (shown is cherry, lime, and pineapple) Mix Dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.
Then mix wet into dry ingredients. I then split the batter into 3 equal portions adding 1 tbsp of DaVinci to each portion.
Drop into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 min.
