¼ cup of cooked yellow beans pureed
¼ tsp of red pepper flakes or 1/8 tsp of cayenne
1 – 2 tsp fresh Italian herbs
2 tsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp milk
1 potato puree pack
¼ tsp of baking powder
Puree ¼ cup of yellow beans with the fresh Italian herbs and choice of pepper. Add the milk, oil and combine well. In separate bowl mix potato puree and baking powder. Mix wet into dry ingredients and combine well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with parchment paper liners. Fill 2 wells with equal batter and bake for 25-30 minutes. Buns will not rise and they will be dense and moist.
