1.5 cups of tomato sauce
½ cup water
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tsp olive oil
¼ cup green onion
¼ cup fresh basil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
¼ lb to ½ lb assorted seafood – fresh or canned choices may include, mussels, clams, shrimp, crab, salmon, lobster, halibut ect
1 serving of konjc noodles – optional
Prepare konjc noodles by draining, rinsing, and patting dry. I prefer to dry fry them to remove any excess moisture.
In a skillet place garlic cloves and olive oil and green onions, cook until fragrant. Add in tomato sauce and water, sprinkle in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until well heated through and add choice of seafood. If using fresh seafood continue cooking until seafood is cooked through.
Add konjac noodles to finish and toss well if using.
