Shrimp Pho Soup

1-2 cups of zucchini noodles 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp coriander seeds 2 whole cloves 1/2 tsp fresh ground peppercorns 1 tbsp ginger root minced 1/2 tsp garlic minced 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes 4 cups of vegetable broth 1 tbsp Brags Aminos 1 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 pound of shrimp cooked or raw ( wild)

Garnishes Limes Green onions Cilantro Sriracha Bean sprouts

Toast coriander, cloves, and peppercorns 1-2 minutes or until they become aromatic, set aside. In soup pot, heat oil, add ginger and garlic cooking for 1 minute. Stir in vegetable broth, Brags Aminos, lime juice, cinnamon, and toasted spices. Simmer for 15 min, then add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes .

Place zucchini noodles in bowl, ladle shrimp and broth over noodles, and garnish with limes, cilantro, green onions, hot sauce, more Brags Aminos, salt and pepper. 1-2 cups of vegetables, 8 oz protein, 2 tsp oil, 1 extra
