1 cup of fine grated cheese blend
8 oz Argentation cooked shrimp/thawed and pat dry
1 cup pickled pepperoncini peppers/ drained
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove pressed
2 tsp soy seasoning
1/8th tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley diced
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Place grated cheese in small mounds on a parchment lined cooking sheet. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and let cool. Good choices for cheese are parmesan, Romano, pecorino, and gouda.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne, soy seasoning, salt, and parsley.
Place cheese chips on tray, add a dollop of aioli, topping with a shrimp and pepperoncini.
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional sprinkle of cayenne.
If using a low carb meal system use a low carb chip in place of cheese chips.
