1 cup of radishes, washed trimmed and dried.
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp of parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 bulb of garlic, peeled and ends trimmed
Combine all ingredients, toss well so herbs and oils are evenly distributed. Place in small covered oven dish, or wrap in tin foil and bake at 350-400 degrees for 30-45 min - you can also bake longer at a lower temperature.
