1 tsp Italian seasoning (per pound)
1/2 tsp cumin (per pound)
1/2 tsp chili powder (per pound)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (per pound)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking dish with sliced lemons. Take pork tenderloin and rub down with olive oil. Per pound, rub tenderloin with 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 25 min per pound. Cook until temp of 145 degrees, Cover and let rest for 20 min before carving.
4-8oz of protein (depending on portion)
