Raspberry Temptation Ganache



Ingredients:

1 Raspberry Temptation Bar

1 tsp of oil

3 Tbsp of Ready-Made Vanilla Drink Mix

Method: Over a double boiler melt the Raspberry Temptation Bar, stir until smooth and add 1 tsp of oil stir again.


Now add 1 tbsp of vanilla drink mix and stir, repeat with the other 2 tbsp of vanilla drink mix.


Stir until smooth, remove from heat and enjoy!

Enjoy with rhubarb, as an icing, as a filling, and more.

Tip: A small saucepan with a few inches of water and a heat safe bowl placed on top will mimic a double boiler. Make sure the bottom of the heat safe bowl does not touch the water. Heat water to a gentle simmer and melt your chocolate.
