Radish Potato Biscuits


Ingredients:

1 beaten egg

1/2 cup fine grated radish ( squeeze out excess water)

2 tbsp green onion

1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 packet of potato purée

1/2 tsp baking powder


Method:

Whip egg with mix master. Add in radish, green onions, dill, and cayenne pepper. Give a quick mix. Beat in potato purée and baking powder. Whip until smooth. Drop on parchment lined baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
