Radish Chips


Ingredients:

2 cups of mandolin sliced radishes 1-2 tsp of olive oil 1 tsp fresh diced rosemary 1/4 tsp of garlic powder Sea salt

Method:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a medium bowl toss radishes, oil, Rosemary, garlic powder, and sea salt. Spread on a parchment lined pan and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour . Have patience, low and slow works best to not burn radish chips. Set a timer and check every 20 minutes until done.
