Prepare Hoisin sauce and set aside.
Slice pork tenderloin very thin, having the pork firm and in frozen state enables you to do this easily. Spread thin slices over a large cooking sheet or cutting board.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic granules over the thin slices of pork.
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat cook pork approximately 1 minute per side – the pork will cook quickly. Set pork aside in covered dish until all pork is cooked.
In skillet add green onions and hoisin sauce and heat through, add pork into sauce and coat thoroughly.
Plate and sprinkle additional green onions and roasted sesame seeds.
Serve over riced cauliflower or choice of vegetables.
