Pumpkin Cobbler



1 beaten egg

¼ cup of Walden Farms Maple Syrup

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 tsp of melted sugar free Walden Farms Marmalade

½ cup of rutabaga puree

1 packet of vanilla drink mix.


Whisk or blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 6-inch baking dish


1 packet of maple oatmeal

1 beaten egg

2 tbsp of Walden Farms Maple Syrup

1 tsp of Walden Farms Orange Marmalade

½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp of baking powder

¼ tsp of baking soda


Beat egg and add in maple syrup, and marmalade. Combine maple oatmeal, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking soda, combine well. Now add in the beaten egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Dollop this topping over the base layer, no need to smooth. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, or enjoy warm,
