Ingredients:
Coffee or Espresso
WF chocolate syrup
IP Premade or prepared dry mix Vanilla or Chocolate
Peppermint extract
Using a mini ice cube tray, fill with coffee, or espresso (preferably) and a little WF chocolate syrup mixed in; freeze. Serve an IP vanilla or chocolate drink (premade or prepared dry mix) over the coffee ice cubes in a lowball glass. Add a few drops of peppermint extract.
