Overnight French Toast


Ingredients:

2 IP breads of choice

2-3 eggs

1 vanilla ready made drink or 1 vanilla drink mix (add 200ml water)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cloves

Ideal Protein maple syrup

Place 2 servings of IP bread (your choice) cubed (can be a little dry) in a baking dish. Whip 2-3 whole eggs until nice and frothy, add 1 vanilla ready made drink, or 1 vanilla drink mix pack made with 200 ml of water. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract (or extract of choice). Pour over cubed bread, make sure all bread is mixed well. Cover tightly and place in fridge for 6 or more hours. Before you bake, sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of cloves on top. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. You may drizzle your choice of sweetener over top such as Ideal Protein maple syrup. 3 unrestricted, 1.5-2.25oz protein
