In a bowl combine 1 package of Maple Oatmeal, 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice,1 tsp of granular sweetener, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder mix well and add 1/2 cup rutabaga purée or fine grated Zucchini (if using zucchini squeeze excess moisture out). Mix well and drop onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, flatten cookies a bit with back of spoon to shape a bit. Bake for 15 min @ 350 degrees. You may brush with IP maple syrup and add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
