Oat & Apple Stack Flapjacks


1 pkg apple oatmeal

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Mix in small bowl

Grate and squeeze out moisture in 1/4 cup of Chayote squash

1 egg white or 1 beaten egg

2 tbsp WF maple syrup

Mix together well


Mix wet into dry and firm your batter, make rounds in nonstick skillet - flip and bake both sides.

Garnish with extra cinnamon and WF Maple Syrup

Enjoy with a side of pan fried or baked Chayote slices

For a no egg version do not squeeze out moisture from Chayote just add syrup to Chayote mix and add to dry ingredients
