1 tsp baking powder
1 pkg of Dark Chocolate Pudding
1 pkg of Chocolate Drink Mix
2 pkg of Caramel Mug Cake (phase 4 add 2 tbsp of cocoa )
2 tbsp of cocoa (Phase 4 only)
4 tbsp of milk
8 tsp grape seed oil
4 tbsp Caramel Dip - sugar free
1 large chayote - washed, seeded, fine grated (squeeze excess water out of chayote once grated)
In a medium bowl combine 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pkg of Dark Chocolate Pudding, 1 pkg of Chocolate Drink Mix, and 2 pkgs of Caramel Mug Cake. Phase 4 can add 2 tbsp of cocoa. In another bowl combine 2 eggs, 4 tbsp of milk, 8 tsp grape seed oil, 4 tbsp Caramel Dip-sugar free, and 1 large chayote (washed , seeded , fine grated, squeezing excess water once grated). Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix really well. Divide into 24 mini muffin tins lined with parchment cups. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Cool and enjoy !
You can eat 6 muffins per serving. Each serving using daily milk allowance and oil allowance, so only eat 1 serving per day.
