Ingredients: 1 cup of shaved or crushed ice 1/2 cup water 1 tsp gelatin crystals 2 pkgs lemon water enhancer 1 pkg of tangerine or mangosteen water enhancer 1 ounce Mermaid - Skinny Syrup or any Tropical Citrus Blend 1 tbsp Mermaid for glass garnish Lemon slices Method: In a small shallow bowl place gelatin and 1 pack of lemon crystals- mix well . In another small shallow bowl place 1 tbsp Mermaid - Take glass and swirl the rim in the Mermaid coat well, then swirl the rim in the gelatin and lemon enhancer. In a blender add water and ice and blend well add 1 pkg of lemon water enhancer. Blend well. Spoon into prepared glass and pour 1 ounce of Mermaid over lemon ice.
