Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts


2 cups brussel sprouts, ends trimmed, washed and dried

2 tsp olive oil

2 tbsp sugar free maple bacon syrup

2 tsp stone ground mustard

1 garlic clove, finely minced

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp ground pepper


Preheat oven to 375°. Half the brussel sprouts and place in a bowl. Add olive oil, sugar free maple bacon syrup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix evenly coating brussel sprouts. Place in a roasting pan or in small baking dish roast for 45 minutes turning occasionally during the roasting time. Serve warm.
