Korean Beef & Broccoli Rice


Ingredients:

8 oz lean ground beef

1 tbsp of Brags Aminos

2 tbsp of IP maple syrup

1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp fresh ginger

1 clove of garlic through a press

2 tbsp of green onion

2 cups diced broccoli


In a pan sauté  8 oz of extra lean ground beef making sure you break apart well. Once cooked, add to the ground beef continuing to cook over low heat the following: 1 tbsp of Brags Aminos, 2 tbsp of IP maple syrup, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, 1 clove of garlic through a press, and 2 tbsp of green onion. Cook until well heated through and serve over 2 cups of diced broccoli - you may pan fry broccoli in 2 tsp of oil, or place hot beef over raw broccoli. 

8 oz protein, 1 extra, 2 cups vegetables
