Garlic & Onion Buns

Ingredients: 1 package of potato purée

1 package of plain pancake

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 beaten egg

4 tsp grape seed oil

1/2 to 1 garlic clove

2 tbsp green onions diced

1/2 cup fine grated kohlrabi (squeeze out excess water)

In a bowl combine 1 package of potato purée, 1 package of plain pancake and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well. In another bowl combine 1 beaten egg, 4 tsp grape seed oil, 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp green onions diced, 1/2 cup fine grated kohlrabi- squeeze out excess water. Mix wet and dry ingredients well. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper, or use parchment paper lined mini baking cups. Bake 12-15 min @ 350. Divide in 2 servings

2 unrestricted, .75 oz protein, 4 tsp oil, 1/2 cup vegetables
