Creamy Cauliflower Buffalo Dip

In oven at 350 degrees, roast for 45 min 1 cup of cauliflower florets and 2 whole garlic cloves. Remove from oven and cool

Once cooled add 2 tbsp of Franks hot sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp fresh ground salt & pepper and blend until smooth.

You may reheat and serve hot or served cold.

Pictured is skinless chicken wing - 1 drum is approx .3 of an ounce and 1 wing is .2 of an ounce - worth the work of removing the skin, roast them on parchment paper with salt and pepper and a few fresh herbs for 45 min at 375-400 turning a few times . Great with veggies and low carb chips.
