1 raspberry chocolate bar
1 vanilla drink mix
3-4 tsp of your favorite sugar-free liquid sweetener
In a small double boiler melt over low heat 1 raspberry chocolate bar. Once melted, using a good safe small brush, paint the inside and bottom of a silicone chocolate mold with a thin layer of chocolate. Place in fridge to set. While chocolate sets, mix 1 vanilla drink mix powder with 3-4 tbsp of your favorite sugar free liquid sweetener (pictured is peppermint and egg nog). Use your own taste preference to make filling. Mix until smooth, then pat into set choc molds until almost full . Take remaining melted choc raspberry bar to cover the filling. Place back into the refrigerator to set for minimum of 1 hour or more. Remove from molds & enjoy.
