Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Parfait
1 Raspberry Temptation Bar – reserve one square
1 tsp of oil 3 Tbsp of Ready-Made Vanilla Drink Mix
1 ready made chocolate pudding
1 – 2 tbsp liquid sugar free flavoring – I used 1 tbsp Raspberry DaVinci - optional
Over a double boiler melt the Raspberry Temptation Bar, stir until smooth and add 1 tsp of oil stir again.
Now add 1 tbsp of vanilla drink mix and stir, repeat with the other 2 tbsp of vanilla drink mix. Stir until smooth, remove from heat and cool.
Tip: A small saucepan with a few inches of water and a heat safe bowl placed on top will mimic a double boiler. Make sure the bottom of the heat safe bowl does not touch the water. Heat water to a gentle simmer and melt your chocolate.
Whip the prepared ganache with the ready-made chocolate pudding and liquid sweetener if using until smooth. Spoon into 2 equal bowls. Using a vegetable peeler, peel chocolate shavings onto each bowl as a garnish.
The little block of chocolate goes a long way!
