6.5 ounces of ground chicken 1 large egg 1/2 tsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/2 minced garlic clove 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper Fresh salsa (no onions)
1 cup of diced orange and yellow peppers
Combine 6.5 ounces of ground chicken,1 large egg, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper and mix well. Spread onto parchment paper in 2 inch rounds and flatten nice and thin with back of a spoon (make them look like little mini pizza crusts). Divide 1/2 to 1 cup of fresh salsa (no onions) on top of each round. Divide 1 cup of orange and yellow peppers on top of the salsa . Bake at 400 for 20 min. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
