Caramel Snookerdoodle Delight



Drink:

1 Vanilla drink – powder or ready made

1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 cinnamon stick

4 ice cubes – optional


Garnish Glass Rim

1 tbsp caramel syrup pour onto groove or well of small plate

Mix 2 tsp granular sugar free syrup and ½ tsp of cinnamon and pour onto the groove or well of small plate.


Method:

Swirl rim of fancy glass in caramel syrup, them swirl in cinnamon sugar mixture, coat and swirl both the inside and the outside of the caramel on the glass. This will prevent caramel from dripping and dry to a nicely on the rim of the glass.


Discard excess syrup and cinnamon sugar on the plate


In a shaker cup add drink, ice, cinnamon, caramel and shake until well blended. If using powder vanilla drink, you will need to add 200 ml of water. Shake until well blended, pour into your glass with the caramel sugar rim and garnish with a cinnamon stick.


Tip: You may heat the drink ingredients for a warm treat also.

Tip: Cinnamon stick is edible and enjoying little bits of that stick can help to keep other tempting treats out of your mouth.
