2 tsp of olive oil - optional
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp dry mustard
1/8tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 cups of chicken stock
1 tbsp gelatine
¼ cup diced green onion
¼ cup of diced celery
1 ½ cups of chopped broccoli
1 oz of milk
1 pkg broccoli cheese soup
In a medium saucepan add oil, garlic, and green onion. Over medium heat brown garlic adding the pepper, salt, paprika, mustard and cayenne.
Sprinkle gelatin over chicken broth and stir in, slowly add the chicken broth to the saucepan.
Add in milk, celery and broccoli, cook and stir for 15 minutes.
Whisk in the broccoli cheese soup, and heat through.
Serve as is or blend with immersion blender.
You may cool the soup and use a blender to puree as well.
Recipe uses 1 unrestricted pack of soup and 2 cups of vegetables.
Tip: Phase 4 can add you favorite grated cheese.
