7 oz of lean ground chicken breast
1 ounce of egg white
1 tsp of dried oregano
½ garlic clove minced
Combine all ingredients until well combined.
On a parchment paper or silicon lined baking sheet, spread your ground chicken mixture thin in a circular round, as even as you can, but thick enough to not have holes.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
Remove from oven and add sauce and toppings
Return to oven to broil toppings
Recipe yields 8 oz of lean protein.
