1 packet of IP Apple Oatmeal
1 packet of IP plain pancake
1 tsp of poultry seasoning
Dash of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of baking powder
2 tsp grape seed oil/olive oil
Combine apple oatmeal, 1 plain pancake , 1 tsp poultry seasoning a dash of garlic, a dash of salt, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
In next bowl combine 1 beaten egg, 2 ounces of water and 2 tsp of grape seed oil , you may use 4 tsp if saving half for another day.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth, pour into parchment lined mini loaf pan and bake at 350 for 25 min. Cool and divide into 2 portions.
2 unrestricted, .75 oz protein, 2 tsp of oil
