Megan has always been involved in athletics from a young age and has continued to pursue her passion for sports today. As a Division 1 Field Hockey player at Cal, she went on to coach college Field Hockey, teach High School P.E., and eventually purchased her own gym in 2014. Currently she trains in boxing and running, hoping to qualify for the Boston marathon all while owning the gym and chasing around her toddler. Meeting Renee in 2013 was a win for her as she started to learn more about the benefits of eating clean and athletic performance through Ideal Protein. She’s uses the high-quality protein products to stay lean without losing any muscle throughout intense training sessions. Megan is excited to be a part of Renee’s team and help clients with their athletic fat loss & fitness programs.
